Director of Research, TRIO-US
Meghan Brennan is the Director of Research, coordinating the clinical research conducted at TRIO-US. Dr. Brennan obtained an M.S.N. in Oncology and a Ph.D. in Nursing Science from UCLA.
She brings a wide variety of clinical research experience to her role as Director of Research for the TRIO-US Network and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center, Clinical Research Unit (CRU). She works closely with the UCLA faculty, community physicians, and research staff to continue to develop a robust oncology research program. Dr. Brennan has worked hard to fully develop the UCLA Hematology-Oncology Phase I Unit, as well as to expand the research portfolio in multiple histologies for UCLA and the TRIO-US Network. She has extensive experience with registrational trials and has participated in a number of successful FDA inspections and approvals.
Dr. Brennan’s background includes direct patient care as a nurse, nurse practitioner, and researcher. She has extensive experience overseeing clinical trials and working in clinical research in both large academic and industry medical centres.
